RATES DETAILS
- All inclusive extra guests are $90/$115/$145/$175 per night USD for Rainy/Low/High/Holiday seasons respectively.
- Single room occupancy is the double room occupancy rate minus the above additional guest fee.
- All inclusive children 5 – 17 years old are $50/$65/$75/$100 per night USD for Rainy/Low/High/Holiday seasons respectively.
- Children under 5 years stay free
- A 20% deposit is required to reserve a room; see the Reservation Guarantee Policy below for more details

RESERVATION GUARANTEE POLICY
All reservations are prepaid. 20% deposit due upon booking 80% due 30-days in advance (60-days for Holiday Rates). Holiday Rates require a minimum stay of 5 nights. Once paid, reservations are non-refundable. We’re sorry but if you cancel a reservation, don’t show up for your reservation, or the hotel denies check-in to a person not accompanied by the reservation holder, we will not be able to give you a refund. That’s the bad news. The good news is that we will hold any payment as a credit toward a future stay for up to one year from the original arrival date. If your long-term outlook is uncertain, you can pay a $100 fee to extend that credit for an additional year. Your 20% deposit guarantees your reservation. We don’t overbook so when we take the deposit your reservation is guaranteed. If for any reason we mess up, and yes, we are human and we make mistakes (but not often), we guarantee that we will find you a comparable room in the area and do our best to make good.
CHECK-INS & CHECK-OUTS
Check in is usually 3pm and check out is usually 11am. The use of our common areas allows for flexibility in check-in and check-out times, so take it easy and relax from the moment you arrive until the very last minute you have to leave. These times are flexible depending on flights and incoming guests. We will do our best to make your check-in and check-out as smooth as possible. At the same time, please be sensitive that our hospitality team also has families who are waiting for them at home.
2% REGENERATIVE TRUST
You will be receiving more detailed information about the Regenerative Trust in your pre-arrival kit. More information is available via this website. Basically, each guest makes a donation of 2% of their guest bill. The funds go to support Social and Environmental Impact activities in the local community and ecosystem. 2% fee is shown on your folio at time of booking and on your receipt at time of check-out.
